Log on to your account
Select 'Create New Message' 
Select 'An Order I Placed'
Select 'View Orders'
Select 'Contact Us' next to the order you are referring to
Select the items you are referring to


Select the issue
Select more details
Select issue details




上传税单。




然后会收到系统发出的确认邮件，并且账户信息中也会提示税补会在72小时内到账。

最后就会收到税费补偿的中文邮件，邮件中包含代金券和有效期。
